Past seminars have addressed the following: Playground Safety, Law Enforcement Policies & Procedures, MIOSHA Updates, Grant Writing, Employment Practices Policies & Procedures, Zoning and Land Use Issues, additional insured, and indemnification issues. We strive to hire presenters acknowledged within their fields to lead our seminars.
On a specific public sector loss prevention front, we afford partial reimbursement for those individuals who successfully complete either the Certified Zoning Administrator or Michigan Citizen Planner training. We represent a carrier that affords Inverse Condemnation coverage. If we can demonstrate the existence of specific professional certification related to the Administrator and Planner training, we may be able to secure increased limits for this important and unique coverage – a coverage that is not offered by many carriers and pools. In addition, we are presently an Allied Service Provider (Keystone Club) with the Michigan Township Association (MTA).
